(Update 3) Things finally return to ALMOST normal!
School started, Corban's new basketball team started, events happened, and we returned to church.
Corban got to go on his birthday fishing trip - Finally!
Corban's new basketball team. Games started!
First Day back to school!!!
Our enrichment program went online in March, so we were so glad to be going back in person! The seniors had a sunrise breakfast, so we took a pic of Brady separate.
Their dual credit college classes started - unfortunately, they were online.
My brother, Mike's birthday. Fun at Top Golf!
Grandparent's Day!
Nathan's adoption Day! Never missed!
Spirit day at school - Color Wars! We're all together in person- so exciting!
Helping load the bags for the Thanksgiving food drive.
Driving out early to go help mom at another food pantry!
Choir was back performing!
We went to the Pumpkin Patch and recreated pics for fun! I have a senior!!! WHAT???
Pumpkin carving fun
And Brady becomes an adult. Seriously, how did this happen so quickly???
He is still just as funny as ever, determined, loves science, incredibly smart, and he loves people. He is just like his daddy - a social butterfly! We are so proud of the man he is becoming and his love for the Lord. It is such a priviledge and honor to be his parents, and I hope he always keeps walking through that door giving me hugs!!
He got to vote for the President on his birthday!! Last day of early voting!
All he wanted was a Halloween party, so that he had!! Once again, an event I'm sure our neighbors questioned all night. :) But not a single person came down with Covid from any of our birthday gatherings this year! We're praising the Lord for that!
We had Thanksgiving with our Moms on my mom's backporch. Outside and safe as numbers in Texas began climbing.
The boys dual credit class ended and we celebrated!!!!
Christmas looked a little differently this year as most of our family Christmas parties were cancelled. Brandon's brother's family came down with Covid, so our main Christmas with them was moved to mid-January. We made the most of it, though! We took Brandon's mom for a drive by to see her brother and then her sister...she hadn't seen either all year! Such sweet moments! Then, we celebrated Christmas Eve and day at our house. We made the most of the season with a trip to the Gaylor, fun around the house, lots of driving to see lights, Christmas concerts, and having the boys friends over.
Decoratin the tree.
A remake! And then, CRAZY!

Brady and Nathan chose to go to a friend's house for New Years. First time ever for us all not to be together - Growing up is hard on a mama! We all had fun, though, and that's what matters!
HAPPY 2021!!!
It's going to be a fantastic year, right???
Yes, yes it is!!
