Happy 4th Birthday, Nathan!!

Today is Nathan's 4th Birthday! WOW!!! He's really 4! He had a Knights/Princess Party yesterday with all his little friends - it was SOOOO much fun! The Knights slayed the dragon, saved the princesses, fed the dragon and even learned how to do the dragon dance. The Princesses were in there right along with the Knights having a great time! We made him one VERY large cardboard castle (held all the kids with PLENTY of room for at least 10 more!) and I made him a castle cake. Stay tuned for all the pictures with Nathan's 4yr update. It may take me a couple of days so keep checking back....

We LOVE you Nathan! You are our most favorite little 4yr old in the world!! The funniest, cutest, smartest, most talented, cuddliest little "4 year old" who we treasure and adore!! (we have a book called "You are all my favorites"....so they are our favorite 5yr old, 4yr old and 5mo olds-it's really funny how they get into this!)

Brady's Adoption Day

For Brady's adoption day celebration, he chose to go to Going Bonkers! He had SOOO much fun and always enjoys this day so much. It's such a wonderful opportunity to share with him stories of his adoption and how amazingly special he is to have so many family's who love him. There isn't a day that goes by that we don't praise and thank the Lord for this beautiful and rewarding experience of being Brady's Mom and Dad. Even tonight, as the boys went to bed and I started my nightly routine of cleaning the kitchen, picking up random toys from random places, doing laundry and well, the things moms do before getting to go to bed... I was SOOO filled with joy that God has given me the privilege of being able to do all these things for these precious boys. It's truly an honor to be a MOM!! We are so greatful for the beautiful gift we have in Brady and his birth-families! We love you!

Corban 5mo update

Corban will be 5mo tomorrow, and I hardly believe it's been that long since I first held him in my arms. These days just seem to fly by no matter how hard I try to slow them down. Corban is truly the happiest little guy pretty much ALL the time. Even during his shots today he yelped for a second and was done, although now he doesn't feel good and on top of his 1st cold. poor guy. He weighed in at 18.8 lbs -90th% and was 26in tall 75th%. Yes we have a very healthy and perfect boy and he hasn't even started solids yet! Corban is amazingly schedule flexible and just goes along with most anything. He especially LOVES to watch his brothers - every move they make! He'll just smile and laugh when they talk to him. I can definately see Corban wanting to be in the middle of everything they do once he starts crawling. Boys - beware!! 8-) In the past month we've hit SOO many milestones that it's hard to count. He started sitting up unassisted just past 4mo and it's so wonderful now just to walk in a room and be able to sit him down to play! I forgot just how freeing that was! He's also really starting to push up on his arms and he actually moved forward the other day trying to reach a toy. His tummy still isn't his most favorite place to be though! Could be because he has sooo much tummy! haha He's definately our little chunker! He also loves to stand and has just recently learned how to "jump" in his johnny jump up thingy. He thinks it's SO funny. Oh, and he now sucks his thumb any chance he gets! Funny thing, he also loves sucking on his big toe too! That's just the cutest. We are having so much fun with him and the boys think everything he does is just the greatest! Dinner time has become a new battle in that they are constantly reaching across the table to play with him during dinner or trying to be the first to make him laugh. Such great big brothers!! I'm thinking by the next update we'll have a little crawler on our hands - woohooo! or maybe I should say OH NO! haha 8-)

Pirates who don't do anything

So, the new Veggie Tales movie is out and we took the boys to go see it. We went with some friends and they had a blast!! btw, it's a GREAT movie!...especially for boys!Corban went too!! He watched if for about 15min and then fell asleep through the rest. Such a trouper and the most super flexible baby I've ever seen. He just goes with the flow!

Rock Wall Fun

The boys were given a wooden swing set from our neighbor. Yes, we have awesome neighbors!!! They are having SOOO much fun with it being able to swing SUPER high compared to our metal swing set. So, to make things even more fun, Brandon built them a rock wall. Not just any kids rockwall, but the most amazing rock wall2 little boys have ever seen!!! What a great daddy! I thought that the height would be a little bit of an issue for at least a day. Not a chance. Up and over in a single bound they both went with no hesitation or trouble at all. Hmmm, I think they may be ready for the real thing soon! :) The day every mom of boys longs for....whew! :)just chillin watching the big boys having all the fun - just wait!!!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!!!

Wow, getting around to posting is quite the feat!!! We had an amazing Christmas with all our family!!! I wish I had time to write more....but I would never getting around to posting if I did!! Just know it was Awesome!!!! and we are truly one blessed Tyler family!!! OH, and it doesn't show in any pictures....but ThANK YOU to ALLL my family (Granddaddy, Grammy, Grandma, Grandpa, BT and Leigh, and Brandon for my new living room furniture!!!! - Coffee table and end tables!! I am SOOO excited to have "real" furniture!!
