No way! It's just not possible! Can our little Brady actually be 7yrs old?? Despite our apprehension on him growing up, he is SO excited and ready to be 7 like alot of his friends! He grows up so much every year and as I sit and ponder the year it amazes me just how much. B is a is a very witty, very intelligent, VERY funny, amazingly creative boy. He has an idea for everything and has decided recently that he is going to be an inventor like Benjamin Franklin and Louis Pasteur. When asked what he is going to invent he says "hmm, still working on that!" But he's pretty sure he's going to be famous because of it! haha I have no doubt either with his imagination! He still has a fascinating memory and thankfully it comes in very handy as I'm getting older. If I can't remember something, I just ask him! LOL
B is also a socialite in every sense of the word. I don't think he's met a person he didn't instantly become a friend to. His classmates love him and he seems to get along with everyone! I am a little concerned about how his female classmates seem to like to follow him around though! AND mostly the fact that he is starting to notice! NO!!!!! :)
B. is still very much into Lego's and anything ABOUT Lego's with his new fascination being Lego.com! He's also VERY quick and very good at building them! (go figure!) He loves his little brothers too and has grown into being a big brother very well. He looks after them, helps take care of their needs and is such a compassionate little guy. He really does try hard to constantly think of others and for 7yrs old that's a pretty great!
We are so proud of the little man he is becoming and the characteristics of Christ he demonstrates to us daily. He is also in Awana's this year and is zooming through those verses! He will be starting basketball in December and can't wait!! He told the coach he's been practicing dribbling for 2 yrs...which is about accurate! Some other things Brady likes to do is climb tree's, go on adventures, READ (he is an amazing reader!), jump on the trampoline, play any boardgames (recently learning Catan), wrestle with Daddy, do science projects, and really just play, play, play!!
B. is full of joy, full of energy and full of that little boy spirit that's always ready for a new challenge! He brings SO much joy to our lives...especially in his Jim Carry humor! I can't wait until he is bigger so he can watch Jim Carry because he is JUST like him - seriously! (at least in his witty humor, ability to make his body do crazy things, and his facial expressions!) Oh how we love our Brady Bug!!! Not a day goes by that I'm not amazed at something he did that day and the laughter, joy and blessing he's brought to our home!!! Happy 7th Birthday, Brady!!! You have one proud Mommy, Daddy, brother Nathan & brother Corban who love you SO much!
