2018 Jan-May

2018 has both been a wonderful year, and a difficult year.  Brandon's dad was diagnosed in October of 2017 with Leukemia, and in May of 2018 he passed away.  It has been both shocking and humbling to see how quickly life can be taken, and to make the most of every day we are given.  Needless to say, this year has been very different than anything we've ever expected.  As the Christmas Season is now upon us, we are left trying to learn how to celebrate with our children now having no grandfathers in their life.  I am so sorry this post is over a year past due.  It has been on my heart to write for many, many months, and something has just been holding me back every time I sit down to write.  The Lord put it on my heart that now is the time.   We pray that those that read this have a beautiful Christmas as you celebrate the birth of our Savior.  We are so thankful for you.

Sadly, Nathan got to celebrate his 14th
birthday with the Flu.  BOOOO!
